Chanel

Selv om jeg sjeldent bruker øyesminke, så får jeg lyst til å bli flinkere til å gjøre nettopp det når jeg ser Chanel sine nye blånyanser. Så utrolig fint med blå og turkis øyesminke. Selv ville jeg kanskje starte med kun en blå evt turkis liner eller kun litt farge implementert i en ellers nøytral palett.

I don't wear a lot of makeup, but get really inspired when looking at photos like this one from Chanel. I would start with only one colour mixed with an otherwise natural colour makeup. Or just a blue or torquise eyeliner.

TEAPIGS

I love tea, and my all time favorite is and always will be indian chai. But haveing said that I am constantly on the lookout for new favorites. These days I am very much into organic tea and have tasted my fare share of these. I am so happy to discover the brand Teapigs. Great in taste and even biodegradable tebags. You can even see the whole spices or flowers( depending on the flavour) in the teabags.

My favorite tea flavours are:

• Chili chai: A spicy twist to the traditional chai. It contains flakes of real chili.
• Peppermint & liquorice: This must be one of the very best peppermint tea I have ever tasted. It's naturally sweet so it's a must to taste it without any sweetner the first time. A really good tea if you are a bit of a sweet tooth...:)
• Super fruit: An antioxidant boost of a tea. Contains real berry pieces. Love it as warm tea or as cold lemonade( I will post a recipe on lemonade in a post later).
• The biggest surprise among the different flavours is Camomille tea. I normally don't fancy flower flavoured tea, but this was so good. So if you like camomille tea, then you will probably love this. Love seeing the whole flower in the teabags. Beautiful!

KOBBER

Jeg liker så godt kobber for tiden. Da snakker vi om kobbernyansen som går mot rosegull. Liker spesielt godt tanken på å innføre noen slike kobber detaljer på interiørfronten hjemme.

L'OCCITANE

In fall/winter season my skin becomes drier than normal. Because of this I use more oils to hydrate my skin. If you haven't tried the Almond shower oil from L'Occitane then you should. Cleances without leaving the skin dry. A great product! A wonderful christmas present tip as well.

Another of my favorite product from L'Occcitane is the almond skin oil. This is a body oil which leaves the skin really soft and hydrated and smells fantastic. It absorbs quickly and really dosen't feels greasy. Love it!

CHAI TEA

I love indian chai (tea). Every time I drink chai it reminds me of happy days spent with family. Stimulating conversations often ending in laughter and more discussions. For me every sip of chai is happiness. There are several recipes of chai out there, but this one is one of my mother's recipes, hope you will like it:

PG tips tea
Green cardimum
Cinnemon
Water
Milk
Honey or palmtree sugar

Grind the spices (cinnemon & cardimum). Boil water, add the tea bags and the grinded spices. Let it boil for a minute. Add milk and again let it boil shortly. To sweeten the chai you may add honey or sugar.

Ps. It has a wonderful scent of christmas as well :)

Pioner er en av mine favorittblomster. Vakre blomster gjør en jo også veldig glad,  se hvor flotte de er fra de var knopper til de slo ut i full blomst.  Må jo bare smile av hvor fine de er.

I love peonies, look how fantastic they are from their buds to the turn out in full bloom. They make me smile.
