Akkurat nå så er disse herlige fargene fra Mavala mine favoritter. Og sjekk ut navnene da, så utrolig herlig, Milano, Miami og Riga, man kan få neglelakk farge i en by man faktisk liker eller har lyst å reise til. Herlig! Ellers er Milano favoritten i øyeblikket, men de andre skal selvfølgelig også benyttes etterhvert. Det er sjelden at jeg bruker opp en hel flaske neglelakk, så da passer disse siden de er små i størrelsen, også kan man bytte ut ofte også siden prisen ikke er så aller verst.

Right now I'm really loveing these delicate colors from Mavala. And the names are fun also. Milano, Miami and Riga...can you belive it! I love it! I rarely use a whole bottle of nailpolish and since these come in small sizes I can change color pretty often. Milano is favorite by the moment, but ofcourse I will be using the other colors soon.

Her er noen bilder fra Markedsdagen i Bogstadveien. Jeg var gangske tidelig ute denne dagen og fikk en time på å se igjennom alle standene uten at det var så mange mennesker tilstede. Men det varte ikke lenge og bildet jeg har tatt av gaten med alle menneskene er fra da jeg dro. Ut i fra bildene så ser dere kanskje at jeg var temmelig fokusert på godsaker denne dagen. Det var masse deilige fristelser. Alt i alt en herlig lørdag, sol, masse godt å spise og så ble det jammen meg et lite sko kupp også.

The Market day in Bogstadveien was quite a happening! We were out in the streets pretty early and there were almost no people in the streets. So we had time to just walk down the streets and look at the different stands without any stress. But it only lasted for an hour, after that the street was full of people. But at least I had the chance to pop by for a little while. The top photo of the street with all the people I took as I left. Otherwise as you can see of the photos I was a bit tempted by all the goodies offered in addition to the clothes, shoes and bags. The day was all in all great, a lot of sunshine, great food and I found these electric blue shoes which came home with me.

Since I go for long walks I love to wear sneakers! And I noticed that Jimmy Choo released photos of the sneakers from his collection, and I wouldn't mind walking in those shoes. But since I already have to many pairs I won't be making space for a pair of Choo's:) And by the way, in the USA you can get 6 pairs of Nike's for the same amount as one pair of these Jimmy Choo sneakers....but since most of us already have so many pair of Nike's we would go for the Choo's...:) Do you go for long walks?

Markedsdag i Bogstadveien lørdag 24.april!

Det er bilfri markedsdag i Bogstadveien i morgen, dvs lørdag 24.april. Lykke til med å gjøre shoppingkupp til de av dere som skal ta dere en tur hit. Personlig så har jeg rømt unna denne dagen, men er litt fristet til å ta en tur i morgen, særlig hvis det blir sol;)

Tomorrow is Market day here in the street called Bogstadveien. There will be no traffic and most of the stores will have stands with great offers. So if you are a bit lucky you could find something really nice for a great price. But ofcourse there will be a lot of people since this is a popular happening. So usually I haven't been attending since I am not so fond of great crowds of people, but maybe I will this year since I live a couple of blocks away, espesially if it is sunny outside:)

Jeg ble invitert til en eksklusiv visning av kolleksjonen til Charlotte Thorstvedt for Bik Bok. Charlotte beskrev kolleksjonen som leken og inspirasjonskilder var bl.a Studio 54 og Miami Vice. Hennes favoritt var nok den pudderrosa kjolen med sorte prikker som hun hadde på seg. Men så likte hun noe ved hvert enkelt plagg. Bik Bok er jo et merke som henvender seg til den yngre kvinne og denne kolleksjonen er perfekt sådan. Det jeg likte var detaljer som var brukt på plaggene. Fjær, kjettinger, og små volanger. Mine favoritter var nok den limegrønne kjolen med volanger som skulderstropp og kjolen med kjettinger på skuldrene.

I was invited to a exclusiv viewing of Charlotte Thorstvedt`s collection for Bik Bok. Charlotte Thorstvedt described her collection as playful and among the inspiration sourses was Miami Vice and Studio 54. Her favorite piece was the dress she wore but she loved something about each item. Bik Bok is a brand that is aimed at the younger woman, and haveing that in mind I would say this collection is perfect. I espesially liked the details on the pieces. Like the feathers, the shoulder details and the little ruffle on the lime green dress. My favorite item in this collection is the limegreen dress with ruffles as a shoulder strap and the black dress with chains on the shoulders.
